EN10028-5 pressure equipment steel material P460ML1 plate is alloy steel
with specified elevated temperature properties. It owns the minimum yield
strength of 460 Mpa for the plate thickness belows 16mm. Low temperature
impact test for P460ML1 plate shall be done at minus 40 centi degree.
