FEATURES
Adopt PLC and Touch Screen, Automatic feeding system, Automatic electricity
calculation, Automatically control the temperature and pressure of the barrel,
Automatic induction measurement.
The barrel body is made of stainless steel plate with strict structure, high-
quality closed constant pressure expanding, high thermal efficiency, saving energy
by about 65% compared with continuous pre-expander machine.
High-precision measuring system to ensure accurate feeding
Use high-precision Japanese pilot pressure reducing valve and German proportional
valve to control the temperature and pressure of the barrel.
Use photoelectric to control the material level, control the volume of the foamed
material, and make the density of the foamed beads consistent.
The automatic discharging adopts a fan to blow the material, thereby increasing
the discharging speed.
