Explosion-proof Damper

The explosion-proof damper, together with an aluminum alloy shell and a
specially designed explosion-proof actuator, is particularly suitable or use in
Class A and B high-risk plants where flammable and explosive materials exists.
The explosion-proof actuator is specially treated to precisely control the
damper in explosive gas or vapor environment, which conforms to in dustrial
safety standards and is a key safety device for pharmaceutical, chemical,
petroleum and other high-risk industries.
An explosion-proof damper is a critical safety component designed for
ventilation and air-handling systems operating in high-risk industrial
environments. By combining a reinforced aluminum alloy housing with a purpose-
engineered explosion-proof actuator, this damper ensures safe, stable, and
precise airflow regulation in areas where flammable gases, vapors, or dusts may
be present.
Thanks to approximately linear damper regulation characteristics (as shown in
red line), E·FLOW Damper can achieve precise regulation of air volume in a
large range, ensuring good regulation accuracy especially at a low air volume.
