Fermentation tank

When the whirpool finished,the wort cold by the heat exchanger and then enter a
new tank called fermenter.The fermentation is a process during which the sugar
transform the carbon dioxide and alcohol,it usually lasts six days.
The fermenter has a cylinder and conical bottom that accelerate the collection
of the yeast.Meanwhile the cooling achieved by 35% Glycol Water -5℃ and
insulation with low thermal conductivity PU.Usually there are cooling jackets
on the bottom and side wall to help insulation.The design of the Tiantai
fermenter includes CIP spray ball,rotating racking arm and manhole etc.
