Fiberglass Horizontal Storage Tank

The Fiberglass Horizontal Storage Tank is a non-metallic composite material
container mainly made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has the
characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, and
long service life. Its physical and chemical properties can be optimized by
adjusting the resin system or reinforcing materials to meet the needs of
different media storage requirements. The product has passed ISO9001 quality
management system certification.
The density of the tank is 1.5-1.9g/cm³, and its mechanical strength is higher
than that of steel while maintaining a significantly lighter weight. Both
diameter and length can be customized according to customer requirements for
various industrial applications. The horizontal configuration offers distinct
advantages for transportation applications and installations with height
restrictions or limited overhead clearance.
The FRP Storage Tanks adopts spiral winding steel cable reinforcement
technology, and the cylindrical shell is enhanced in blast resistance strength
by winding pre stress shape memory alloy wire. This advanced reinforcement
technology provides superior structural integrity and safety. For large volume
models, wave shaped reinforcement ribs design and local thickening technology
are applied to critical areas.
Installation requires controlling the flatness of the foundation and the
ambient temperature to ensure optimal performance and longevity throughout the
service life. The horizontal design provides excellent stability on vehicle

requiring structural modifications.
