We provide comprehensive plug-in, testing, assembly, and packaging services. The
main processes include: board separation, laser marking or inkjet printing,
manual/wave soldering, AOI inspection, ICT testing, software programming, FCT
testing, conformal coating/potting/dispensing, structural component assembly,
connector insertion, PCBA installation, cable routing, reliability testing, and
finished product packaging. The company is also actively promoting automation in
the finished product assembly process and has introduced fully automated assembly
and testing lines for automotive products.
