Fischer tropsch wax used for masterbatch and modified plastic

Fischer-Tropsch wax finds extensive industrial applications, with its core
values lying in its high melting point, low viscosity, low oil content, and
high purity. It is primarily used as a lubricant, dispersant, and modifying
agent.
Plastic Processing: Fischer-Tropsch wax can serve as an internal and external
lubricant for PVC, reducing processing torque and energy consumption,
increasing extrusion speed, and enhancing the surface gloss of products.
Rubber Industry: The high-purity straight-chain alkane structure makes it an
excellent protective wax for rubber. When added to rubber products such as
tires, it slowly migrates to the surface to form a dense film, effectively
resisting ozone and cracking, significantly enhancing aging resistance and
service life. It can also improve carbon black dispersion during mixing and
reduce roll sticking.
