Fischer Tropsch wax used for the processing of leather care products

Fischer Tropsch wax plays a significant role in the formulation of leather
care products, primarily due to its high purity, high melting point, low oil
content, excellent abrasion resistance and ability to retain lustre.
Key Functions and Advantages
Enhances lustre: As a polishing agent, it significantly enhances the high-
gloss finish of the leather surface.
‌Water and stain resistance: Forms a dense protective film that effectively
prevents the penetration of moisture and stains.
‌Abrasion and scratch resistance: High hardness improves the durability of the
leather.
‌High chemical stability: Contains virtually no sulphur, nitrogen or
aromatics, is resistant to discolouration, and is suitable for long-term use.
‌Environmentally friendly and safe: Can be produced from coal, natural gas or
biomass; some products have biodegradable potential.
