Fischer Tropsch Wax with high melting point for adhesive

Fischer Tropsch wax is an ideal additive in adhesive processing, particularly
in the field of EVA-based hot-melt adhesives. Its advantages are primarily
reflected in the following aspects:
Reduced viscosity and improved flowability: Fischer-Tropsch wax has a very
low viscosity at high temperatures, which significantly reduces the overall
viscosity of the hot-melt adhesive. This not only improves the flowability of
the adhesive, making it easier to pump and apply, but also effectively wets
the surface of the substrate, thereby enhancing bond strength.
Enhanced production efficiency: During the mixing stage of hot-melt adhesive
production, Fischer-Tropsch wax reduces screw torque, enabling rapid mixing
and melting, and lowering energy consumption.
Improved heat resistance: Due to its high melting point, Fischer-Tropsch wax
effectively raises the softening point of the adhesive, enabling it to remain
stable in high-temperature environments without deformation or failure.
