This is the market with the largest consumption of Fischer-Tropsch wax. It is
primarily used as an external lubricant to prevent melted plastics (such as
PVC) from sticking to processing equipment, resulting in a smoother and more
glossy surface of the products.
Ink and paint
Here, Fischer-Tropsch wax primarily enhances the wear and scratch resistance
of products, making printed materials and coatings more durable. It also
provides slipperiness, enhancing the tactile experience, and prevents the
coating surfaces from sticking to each other.
Adhesive and hot melt adhesive
Fischer-Tropsch wax is used to adjust viscosity, making hot melt adhesive
easier to flow and spread during melting. At the same time, it can also
control the curing speed, helping adhesives achieve rapid bonding.
