Flange Fence Post with Welded Base Plate – Square and Round Options, 1.0–3.

Flange fence post has a flat base plate welded to the bottom, allowing it to
be bolted onto hard surfaces such as concrete slabs, decks, or walls instead
of being set in the ground. It is commonly used for installing fences on
pavement or driveways, securing handrails or barriers on patios and decks,
and setting up fence lines on rooftops or balconies.
