The Flanged Soft-Seal Gate Valve is designed for reliable isolation in pipeline
systems that require excellent sealing performance, low flow resistance, and
stable operation. Its soft-seal structure typically uses elastic sealing
materials such as EPDM or NBR, allowing the valve disc to fit tightly with the
seat and achieve near-zero leakage after closing. In the open position, the
full-bore flow path helps minimize pressure loss and supports efficient fluid
transmission.

·  Excellent sealing performance and zero leakage : The combination of valve
disc and soft sealing seat can achieve elastic sealing, and there is almost
zero leakage after closing.
·  Full-bore design / Low flow resistance : When opened, there is no
obstruction inside the valve, the flow path is directly connected to the
pipeline, and the pressure loss is minimal.
·  Anti-corrosion coating/corrosion resistance : An epoxy anti-corrosion
coating can be sprayed on the inside and outside of the gate valve body to
improve corrosion resistance and service life.
·  Suitable for a variety of media : tap water, neutral liquids, low-
pressure steam, etc., applicable to municipal water supply, building water
supply and drainage, HVAC systems, industrial clean water systems, etc.

Size Specifications and Standards
 
·  Nominal diameter: DN50–DN600 (2"–24") is the standard range.
·  Pressure rating: PN16 (PN10/PN25 can be customized for some applications)

·  Standards: Flanges and boreholes conform to BS EN 1092-2 , valve body
structure and dimensions conform to BS 5163 / BS EN 558-1 , and pressure
testing conforms to BS EN 12266-2003 .
