Forced Circulation Evaporator Design

The materials are evenly arranged in each evaporator tube through the liquid
material distribution device on the top of the evaporator. Under the action of
gravity, materials flow from top to bottom along the liquid film on the inner wall
of the evaporator tube. During the whole process, the film evaporates through heat
exchange with the heated steam on the outer wall of the evaporator tube. The flow
direction of the secondary steam is the same, which further promotes the material
and liquid moving downward along the inner wall of the evaporation tube and
distributing into a film, and improves the heat transfer coefficient and
efficiency.

evaporator and falls down the tube wall in a film under the action of gravity,
evaporating and thickening in the process, and obtaining a concentrated liquid at
its bottom. Falling film evaporator can evaporate the material with high
concentration and high viscosity.
