FT wax used as lubricant in rubber processing

Fischer-Tropsch wax has a wide range of industrial applications, primarily
serving as a high-performance lubricant, dispersant, and modifier. Due to its
high melting point, low viscosity, and good chemical stability, it finds use
in multiple industries.
Plastic and PVC processing: Used as an internal and external lubricant, it
can reduce processing energy consumption, enhance surface glossiness, and
prevent thermal degradation. In color masterbatch and modified plastics, it
acts as a dispersant to help fillers disperse evenly.
Rubber industry: As a protective wax and lubricant, it migrates to the
surface of rubber, forming a dense protective film. This film effectively
resists ozone and cracking, extending the service life of products such as
tires, while also improving processing performance.
Hot melt adhesive: Due to its high melting point and low viscosity, it can
enhance the setting point and bonding speed of the adhesive, making it one of
the preferred wax materials for hot melt adhesives.
