FT wax used for PVC pipe and color masterbatch

In the production of PVC pipes and color masterbatches, Fischer-Tropsch wax
plays a key role as a highly effective lubricant and excellent dispersant.
In the processing of rigid PVC pipes, Fischer-Tropsch wax is primarily used
as an external lubricant. It works by forming an extremely thin lubricating
film between the molten PVC and the metal surfaces of the processing
equipment, thereby significantly reducing friction and adhesion.
In masterbatch production, Fischer-Tropsch wax primarily serves as a
dispersant and processing aid. Its core function is to help evenly disperse
additives such as pigments and fillers within the polymer matrix.
Enhanced Dispersion: Fischer-Tropsch wax wets pigment particles, breaks up
agglomerates, and ensures uniform and consistent color, delivering excellent
performance even under high-viscosity conditions or when using high-impact
pigments.
