Description:



Welded wire mesh is the most commonly used metal mesh panel in security fencing
systems. Welded wire mesh is made of high quality low carbon steel wire welded
together, then cold plated (electroplated), hot dipped galvanized, PVC coated
surface passivation, shaping and other anti-corrosion treatment to achieve a smooth
surface. It has the characteristics of uniform mesh, firm seams, good local
machinability, good stability, good weather resistance, good corrosion resistance,
etc. Welded wire mesh is widely used in industry, agriculture, construction,
transportation, mining and other industries. Examples include machine guards,
animal and livestock fences, garden fences, protective windows, access fences,
poultry cages, egg and office food baskets, waste paper baskets and decoration. It
is also used mainly in general building walls, concrete, high-rise housing and

Surface treatments:


1. Hot-dip galvanising
Hot dip galvanising is the process of dipping manufactured steel into a molten zinc
solution to form a tightly bound alloy coating that provides superior corrosion
protection for the steel.

2. Electroplated zinc and powder coating
Electroplating is carried out prior to the manufacture of the product. This usually
results in a better appearance.
Powder coating is a dry finishing method in which charged pigment resin particles
are sprayed onto the product to give it a colourful finish. We can powder coat
according to the RAL colour card.
