1. High efficiency and energy saving
The fully premixed combustion system mixes air and gas in an ideal ratio. After
combustion, the heat radiation is transferred to the heat exchanger, and the
heat intensity is uniform, ensuring higher combustion efficiency and
environmentally friendly emissions. With this optimized combustion technology,
the thermal efficiency is as high as 95% or more, effectively reducing fuel
consumption. Equipped with a high-temperature economizer and a low-temperature
condenser, the exhaust temperature is as low as 63°C. The boiler fully absorbs
the latent heat released by the condensation of water vapor in the flue gas,
and the thermal efficiency reaches more than 100%.
2. Multiple safety protections
Equipped with multiple safety protection devices, including over-temperature
protection, over-pressure protection and water shortage protection, to ensure
safe operation. The product is equipped with an automatic scale monitoring and
alarm system, which measures the scaling of the pipe wall by monitoring the
exhaust temperature of the main body. When the scaling inside the boiler is
slight, it will automatically alarm, and when the scaling is serious, it will
be forced to shut down.
3. Rapid heating and rapid steam production
The unique design enables the boiler to quickly reach the required temperature,
shorten the preheating time, and improve work efficiency. Low-pressure gas
supply and micro-positive pressure combustion can operate stably in the face of
pipeline pressure fluctuations and are not affected by gas peaks. The Partedon
boiler body adopts a small volume and high heat radiation design. It only takes
5 minutes to produce steam, and it can reach the rated steam pressure in 10
minutes.
4. No use certificate, no operation certificate, and no annual inspection
required
The water volume of the body is 48.2L. According to the "Boiler Regulations",
boilers with a water volume of less than 50L and a pressure of no more than
0.8Mpa do not need to go through the use procedures, annual inspections, or
operation certificates. Easy to operate, humanized design, touch screen
operation interface, simple and intuitive operation.
