1. The basic parts are made of high-strength cast iron, box-type structure,
compact and reasonable symmetrical rib structure to ensure the high rigidity
and bending and shock absorption performance of the basic parts.
2. The X and Y guide rails are imported heavy-duty linear rails (8 sliders in
the X direction), with the characteristics of fast speed, high rigidity, low
friction, low noise, low temperature rise change, etc.: The Z position is a
rectangular sliding guide, which is high-frequency quenched and precision
ground. The sliding guide surface is covered with composite PTFE material and
precision scraped, and automatic forced lubrication is used to improve the
accuracy, life and rigidity of the machine tool.
3. The spindle box is equipped with a nitrogen balance device to achieve
automatic synchronous balance. The X, Y and Z directions use high-rigidity
double-nut pre-loaded C3-level large-lead ball screws with high feed speed. 4.
