Regards to all Gold living Africa to Buyer Country, It must be 22 to
23Karats, Purity is 95 to 97%. When the
Gold arrive at Buyer Airport to Buyer refinery, the Final Assay at Buyer
Refinery, must be 24karats while
Purity is 999.9% as the final agreed Assay before Buyer Payment to Seller
and Brokers.

All Taxes Insurance and whatsoever from Africa to Buyer Country Airport,
are paid by the Seller, and All Taxes
Insurance and whatsoever from Buyer Country Airport to Buyer refiner
including assay at Buyer refinery, are
paid by the Buyer.

PRICE:

Regards to above, we have two ways of prices.

1. Buyer who wish to issue SBLC for 1,200 Kilos Value amount of $57Million
with Duration of 366Days which
the monthly delivery are 100 Kilos every month X 12 Months Contract. The
Price is 26% Gross Net 22%
Brokers 4%.

Should in Case Buyer refuse to Place SBLC for 1,200 Kilos and decide to
issue for only 100Kilos which is
5.4Million with Duration of 366Days which monthly delivery are 100 Kilos
every month X 12 Months Contract.
The Price is 16% Gross Net 12% Brokers 4%.

2. Buyer who wish to issue SBLC for 3,600 Kilos Value amount of $
150Million with Duration of 366Days
which the monthly delivery are 300 Kilos every month X 12 Months Contract.
The Price is 34% Gross Net
30% Brokers 4%.
Should in Case Buyer refuse to Place SBLC for 3,600 Kilos and decide to
issue for only 300Kilos which is
15Million with Duration of 366Days which monthly delivery are 300 Kilos
every month X 12 Months Contract.
The Price is 24% Gross Net 20% Brokers 4%.

3. Buyer who wish to issue SBLC for 6,000 Kilos Value amount of $
245Million with Duration of 366Days
which the monthly delivery is 500 Kilos every month X 12 Months Contract.
The Price is 40% Gross Net 36%
Brokers 4%.
Should in Case Buyer refuse to Place SBLC for 6,000 Kilos and decide to
issue for only 500Kilos which is
23Million with Duration of 366Days which monthly delivery are 500 Kilos
every month X 12 Months Contract.
The Price is 30% Gross Net 26% Brokers 4%.
Please Note: we are ready to provide 2%PB and any Party that fail, shall be
legally responsible to pay Penalty
4% to the order party.
Buyer Bank Must be Top and Good Bank.
