Drug synthesis: Hydrochloric acid guanidine serves as an intermediate in

anti-cancer drugs.
Protein denaturation:
In biological research, hydrochloric acid guanidine is often used in protein
denaturation experiments. It can effectively destroy the three-dimensional
structure of proteins, helping researchers study the folding and denaturation
processes of proteins. It is especially used for nucleic acid extraction and
protein research.
As a denaturant, it can effectively dismantle proteins, facilitating further
analysis.
DNA/RNA extraction: In molecular biology, hydrochloric acid guanidine is used
