ZH-100A hand-cranked metering oil pump is suitable for use in various small and
medium-sized oil depots, gas stations, agricultural machinery stations, industrial
enterprises, mining operations, fleets, vehicles and ships, airports, and other
similar facilities.
The ZH-100A manual hand-crank metering fuel pump features a compact design, with
small size, lightweight, easy mobility, and simple operation. It requires only one
person to continuously pump fuel by manually cranking the handle back and forth.
The pump is equipped with a vertical YL-25 type 25mm metering gauge (with a
resettable pointer) and can be fitted with a 1-inch fuel nozzle to control the flow
at the hose outlet, preventing the waste of residual fuel in the hose during idle
periods.
Working Principle of [ZH-100A Manual Crank Measurement Fuel Pump]:
The ZH-100A hand-cranked metering fuel oil gauge is a velocity-type instrument. It
generates kinetic energy by the speed of the fluid flowing through the pipeline.
When the liquid passes through the impeller housing, it drives the impeller to
rotate. The rotational speed is directly proportional to the flow velocity. Through
the gears on the impeller shaft, the signal is transmitted to the reduction
mechanism and then to the recording device, where the pointer indicates the total
flow value on the scale dial
