Hexagonal Wire Netting

Hexagonal wire netting is available in different mesh openings to suit
different applications. Smaller openings such as 1/2" and 5/8" are used for
poultry cages, small animal enclosures, and garden protection where the mesh
needs to contain small birds or keep out small pests. Medium openings such as
3/4" and 1" are common choices for farm fencing, garden boundaries, and general
light partition work

Hexagonal Wire Netting is woven from low carbon steel wire, galvanized wire or
PVC coated galvanized wire. It is commonly used for poultry fencing, garden
protection, light partition mesh, plaster support, insulation covering and
stone cage work. The mesh has a hexagonal opening and can be made with straight
twist or reverse twist. For outdoor use, hot dipped galvanized and PVC coated
types are more common. Light rolls are easy to cut and install. Heavy type
hexagonal wire netting is used where thicker wire and better shape retention
are required, such as gabion baskets and slope protection.

Wire Diameter: BWG18 to BWG25 for light type; 2.0 mm to 4.0 mm for heavy type

Surface Treatment: Electro galvanized, hot dipped galvanized, galvanized before
weaving, galvanized after weaving, PVC coated

PVC Coating Color: Green, white, gray and other colors by order

Weaving Type: Straight twist or reverse twist

Edge Type: Single edge, double edge, reinforced edge

Roll Width: Common width up to 2.0 m; some narrow rolls can be supplied around
4 ft

Zinc Coating: Standard zinc coating depends on wire size and finish. Heavy
galvanized coating can be made according to order.

Wire Tensile Strength: Around 350 N/mm² can be used as a reference for common
steel wire. Final value should follow confirmed material and order details.

Packing: Wrapped rolls, pallet packing, or export packing according to roll
size
