The HFL3528A one way drawn cup needle roller bearing, also known as a needle
roller clutch, is designed for reliable one-direction rotation in compact
mechanical systems. With a drawn cup outer ring made of ST14 steel and
precision GCr15 chrome steel rollers, this model ensures high strength, minimal
radial space, and smooth locking performance.
Structural Features: 
Belongs to the HFL series, consisting of a stamped outer ring, plastic cage,
needle rollers, and spring plates. The cage can be configured with plastic or
stainless steel spring plates to guide the needle rollers. The inclined raceway
on the outer ring, together with the needle rollers, forms a locking mechanism
to achieve unidirectional transmission functionality. Support bearings are
installed on both sides of the needle clutch to bear radial loads. These
support bearings consist of needle and plastic cage assemblies. The absence of
an inner ring design results in relatively higher shaft wear, typically
requiring shaft hardness to reach HRC 58-62.
