Temperature range
The requirement setting for the test product is within the range of -70℃ to
+150℃. In specific tests, different regions and application scenarios have
specified priority values for different temperature grades. For example, in
low-temperature environments, there are -65℃, -55℃, etc. High-temperature
ambient temperatures include +200℃, +175℃, etc.
Temperature control accuracy
The test chamber should precisely control the temperature, and the control
accuracy is usually ±0.5℃. The heating/cooling rate is set according to the
requirements of the tested product. Generally, the heating rate is 5℃/min and
the cooling rate is 3 ℃/min.
Humidity range
The test product needs to operate in a humid environment. The test chamber
should have the function of regulating humidity, and the general humidity range
is 10% - 98%RH. The humidity control accuracy test chamber should precisely
control humidity, with a control accuracy typically of ±2%RH.
Circulating air volume
The circulating air volume inside the test chamber is set according to the
