High melting point FT wax for hot melt adhesive

Fischer-Tropsch wax is an ideal synthetic wax for EVA-based hot melt
adhesives. Its core functions are to regulate the solidification and curing
speed, enhance heat resistance, and reduce melt viscosity, making the
adhesive easier to mix and pump. ‌‌
Adjusting the curing speed: The melting point and crystallinity of wax
directly control the initial solidification temperature and curing time of
hot melt adhesive. High-melting-point wax can make the adhesive dry faster.
Improve heat resistance: High-melting-point Fischer-Tropsch wax can
significantly enhance the heat resistance of adhesives, making it suitable
for scenarios where temperature resistance is required.
Improve operability: The low viscosity characteristic can reduce the
viscosity of polymers and resins, facilitating mixing and pumping, while also
maintaining moderate surface wetting.
Enhanced Strength: With a low penetration (high hardness), the strength of
the hot melt adhesive can be improved.
