High melting point FT wax used as plastic processing additives

Due to its high purity, low oil content, narrow melting range, high hardness,
and excellent thermal stability, high-melting-point Fischer-Tropsch wax is
indispensable in the following industrial sectors:
‌Hot-melt adhesive reinforcing agent‌: As the preferred wax component for EVA-
based and other hot-melt adhesives, it significantly enhances the adhesive’s
heat resistance, quick-drying properties, and initial tack, and is widely
used in automotive interiors, footwear materials, and packaging sealing.
‌PVC external lubricant‌: Requires 40–50% less addition than PE wax,
increasing extrusion speed and product gloss; works synergistically with
calcium-zinc stabilizers to extend thermal stability, aligning with the trend
toward lead-free formulations.
‌Masterbatch/modified plastic dispersant‌: Promotes uniform dispersion of
pigments and fillers, reduces extrusion torque in high-viscosity systems, and
improves surface slip and gloss.
