1.This is a high precision sheath wire core wire stripping and crimping
machine, the operator only need to manually put the wire end into the jig, and
the machine can automatically complete the core wire leveling, cutting,
stripping and crimping the terminal. The specially designed core wire leveling
mechanism can automatically straighten the core wires, and the terminals are on
the same straight wire after crimping, which is convenient for later insertion
into the housing, one machine can process a variety of different products, only
need to replace the corresponding crimping die and positioning jig.
2.The color touch screen operation interface, the program memory function can
save the processing parameters of different products in the database, and the
corresponding processing parameters can be called out with on key when
switching products, the stripping mechanism is driven by a motor and parameters
such stripping length, cutting depth, and end position can be set in the
program. And there is no need to manually adjust the screws, equipped with
automatic paper winder. Terminal strip cutting and waste suction device, it can
keep the working environment clean.
