General Description:
ANJEKA-6043 is a polymer dispersant for dispersing pigments in solvent-based
coatings.

Amine Value (mgKOH/g): 5-15
Density (g/cm³ at 23℃): 1.10-1.25
Viscosity (cps at 25℃): 2500—2800
Non-Volatile Content (%): 98

Storage and Transport:
Before use, thoroughly stir the product; separation or oiling off may occur at
temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 30℃—40℃ and stir evenly. Storage duration is not
recommended to exceed 12 months.

For use in the coating industry and printing inks.

Organic pigments: 10%—50%.
Titanium dioxide or inorganic fillers: 0.5%—2%.
Inorganic pigments: 4%—8%
Carbon black: 10%—30%
High surface carbon black: 40%—80%

The above data are empirical amounts; optimal levels should be determined through a
series of experiments.
Processing Instructions:
For optimal performance, add the additive to the grinding medium first and then add
the pigment.
