Characteristic
Inconel woven screen features: It has extremely strong resistance to reducing,
oxidizing and nitriding medium corrosion; it has good resistance to stress corrosion
cracking at room temperature and high temperature; it has good resistance to dry
chlorine X and gas corrosion; due to the control of carbon content and grain size,
it has good creep rupture strength, especially suitable for working environments
above 700°C.
Application
Inconel woven screen uses: Thermocouple sleeves in corrosive atmospheres; Chlorine
olefin monomer production: resistance to chlorine, chlorine-hydrogen, oxidation and
carburization corrosion; Uranium oxidation conversion to hexafluoride: resistance to
fluorine-hydrogen corrosion; Production and use of corrosive alkali metals,
especially in environments using sulfides; Chlorine-X method for titanium dioxide;
Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistance to chlorine
and fluorine corrosion; Nuclear reactors; Curved bottles and components in heat
treatment furnaces, especially in carburizing and nitriding atmospheres; Catalytic
regenerators in petrochemical production.
