Our Raw Materials Portfolio
Polyester Monofilament
High strength, wear resistance, and excellent acid-alkali resistance. Diameters
range from 0.05–1.2 mm, customizable in color and performance (abrasion-
resistant, hydrolysis-resistant, UV-resistant). Widely applied in paper machine
clothing, spiral mesh, and desulfurization filter nets.

Nylon Monofilament
Outstanding toughness, elasticity, and fatigue resistance. After 4 hours of
high-temperature baking, our nylon monofilaments retain over 97% strength—
superior to many domestic brands. Used in papermaking blankets, fishing nets,
ropes, and industrial transmission belts.

PEEK Monofilament
Aerospace-grade thermoplastic with long-term heat resistance up to 260℃. High
strength, chemical resistance, and self-lubricating properties make it ideal
for high-temperature filter cloth, tennis racket mesh, fuel filters, and
biocompatible medical components.

PPS Monofilament
Exceptional thermal stability (up to 260℃ short-term), UL94 V-0 flame
retardant, and unmatched chemical resistance. PPS monofilaments are widely used
in filter fabrics for steel plants, power stations, and high-temperature
automotive components.
