Industry grade microcrystalline wax with melting point 80 used for adhesive

Microcrystalline wax is primarily used in adhesives as a viscosity modifier,
tackifier, and filler. It can significantly alter the physical properties of
adhesives to meet various application requirements.
Reducing viscosity and improving flow: As the component with the lowest
viscosity in hot-melt adhesives, increasing the amount of microcrystalline
wax can significantly reduce the melt viscosity of the adhesive, improve its
flow, and make the application process smoother and the coating more uniform.
Adjusting setting speed: By adjusting the amount of microcrystalline wax, the
setting speed of the hot-melt adhesive can be controlled, enabling rapid
bonding and improving production efficiency.
Enhancing cohesive toughness and elasticity: The fine crystalline structure
of microcrystalline wax imparts better elasticity, flexibility, and
plasticity to the adhesive, making it less prone to cracking.
