Wuxi Maida Insulated Bearings are professionally developed for variable-
frequency motors, generators, wind power equipment and rail transit traction
systems. Effectively blocking shaft current, these bearings prevent electrical
erosion, pitting and burn marks on raceways, greatly extending service life of
transmission equipment.
Adopting advanced plasma-sprayed alumina ceramic insulation coating, our
products include two mainstream structures: outer ring insulation (VL0241) and
inner ring insulation (VL2071). With fully interchangeable dimensions with
standard bearings, no equipment modification is required for installation and
replacement.
Made of high-quality GCr15 bearing steel with precision ground raceways, Wuxi
Maida insulated bearings feature low noise, stable temperature rise and
excellent resistance to high-voltage stray current. They slow down grease
deterioration and reduce equipment failure and maintenance costs significantly.
