Simulated moving bed continuous separation

The simulated moving bed continuous ion exchange system adopts the carousel
principle and valve array control, enabling simultaneous desalination
(decolorization), regeneration, and washing. It features intelligent control,
one-key startup, and online monitoring of all parameters.

It operates with a fluidized bed, featuring bottom feeding and top discharge.
This design reduces pressure drop, prevents resin breakage, and saves nearly
50% in chemical and detergent consumption compared to traditional ion exchange
systems.
