JGGC high efficiency energy saving feed water pump

JGGC series vertical multistage centrifugal pump is a vertical multistage
centrifugal pump, where "J" stands for energy-saving, "G" for high efficiency, and
"GC" for boiler feed water. This series of pumps is designed for the transportation
of clean water or liquids similar to clean water, primarily used in applications
such as boiler feed water, air conditioning cooling and hot water circulation, fire
protection water supply, high-rise building water supply, and pipeline
pressurization.
The main components of the JGGC series pumps, such as the impeller, guide vanes,
and pump shaft, are made of stainless steel, equipped with hard alloy bearings and
mechanical seals. This series of pumps features a relatively compact structure,
lighter weight, and low vibration and noise levels during operation. Their working
conditions typically include a flow rate range of 0.3~300 m³/h, a head range of
8~252 m, and a medium temperature range of 0~120°C.
The JGGC series vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is a vertical single-stage
multi-stage centrifugal pump, classified as an industrial boiler feedwater pump. It
is designed for pumping clean water or liquids with physical and chemical
properties similar to clean water. Drawing on foreign counterparts, the pump is
fabricated through stainless steel plate stamping, stretching, and welding. It
exhibits distinctive features in terms of size, weight, and operational efficiency.
Beyond boiler feedwater applications, it is also suitable for pressure vessel water
supply, high-rise building water supply, agricultural irrigation, fire suppression
boosting, as well as industries such as food, brewing, pharmaceuticals, chemical
processing, environmental protection, and machine tool etc.
