Operating system
1. Using PLC programming control, touch screen operation, the system has no
noise, and the speed is flexible and stable.
2. Realize the non-stop input of production instructions, and the operation is
simple and convenient.
3. Adopt frequency converter for speed regulation, energy saving and
environmental protection.
4. Paper feeding, gluing and folding, stacking, counting, and output are linked
with the whole machine, and the system operates in coordination.

1. Adopt high-friction looped seamless imported belt to realize the leading
edge suction type paper feeding.
2. The electromagnetic clutch system is adopted, so that the paper feeding part
can be controlled separately.
3. The front baffle and left and right belts can be adjusted arbitrarily.
4. Frequency conversion speed regulation, paper feeding speed is adjustable
between 0-130 m/min.
5. Adopt linear bearings, high precision of speed regulation, stable and
reliable operation.
6. Secondary indentation machine, to perform secondary indentation on cardboard
with poor quality indentation in the previous process.
7. The unique side-to-side correction device compulsorily corrects the size of
the crimping line.
