JWL-V6 Portable Physicochemical Meter

JWL-V6 Portable Physicochemical Meter can detect the physical and chemical
indicators of oil products. It can conveniently, quickly and stably detects
the kinematic viscosity, density, dielectric constant, temperature, water
activity and water content parameters of the lubricating oil by sampling the
lubricating oil in use; 
It adopts polymer film capacitance sensing technology, fluid vibration sensing
technology, fluid dielectric constant sensing technology, and micro-fast
heating temperature control technology, which can achieve 40℃ precise
temperature control, quickly detect the kinematic viscosity of oil
products. Viscosity directly affect the lubrication performance of oil
products and the lubrication status of equipment. The performance of new oil
and the viscosity of deteriorated oil in use are accurately measured, providing
an evaluation basis for the on-site rapid evaluation of the lubrication health
status of equipment.
