Kitchen Exhaust Ozone Generator

Commercial kitchens often operate at high temperatures and use deep fryers,
which results in cooking fumes and exhaust air that contain large amounts of
grease particles, odor molecules, soot, and heat energy. Due to the heat, the
grease can be transformed into a gaseous, liquid, or aerosol form.
If commercial kitchens do not use ozone treatment for their exhaust
ventilation, the large grease particles present in the kitchen hood will become
trapped and unable to escape. Meanwhile, smaller airborne grease particles and
odors will cling to the fan, duct walls, heat exchanger, pre-filter, and other
components within the ventilation system. The remaining particles will be
released into the environment.
Over time, the buildup of fat deposits within the kitchen ventilation system
can become a significant fire hazard if the grease ignites. In addition, the
odors emitted from the commercial kitchen's ventilation exhaust can cause
complaints from nearby residents.
