Liquid-Liquid Coalescer

A Liquid-Liquid Coalescer is a device used to separate and remove dispersed
liquid droplets from another immiscible liquid phase. It enhances the
coalescence (merging) of small droplets into larger ones, making separation
more efficient through gravity or other means.

How It Works
Dispersed Phase Capture – Small droplets of one liquid (e.g., water) are
suspended in another (e.g., oil).
Coalescence – The coalescer media or element promotes the merging of small
droplets into larger ones.
Separation – Larger droplets settle more easily due to density differences,
allowing efficient separation.
