LNG Dispensers

LNG dispensers are fuel fling and metering control equipment for LNG vehicles.
The SL-JY1/2 series of new LNG dispensers developed and designed by the company
are characterized by simple process, easy operation, antitheft liquid control
and fast refiling. 
The new LNG dispenser adopts the company's self-developed and designed JCS
intelligent electronic control system, which is equipped with as mall real-time
operating system and fle system, as well as the use of TCP/lP communication
mode. lt has the following advantages:

Super large storage space, while supporting offline storage of 10,000
transaction records and 20,000 black and white lists.
Mllisecond-evel storage and multi Hevel backup of file data, so that every
transaction is traceable. Ethernet communication rates of up to 100M bps or
more, guaranteeing real-time uploading of every transaction.
Fast response time, making every operation safer and more reliable.
The use of CPU cards that meet the financial security level
plus gas to guarantee the safety of every user's money.
The main components of an LNG filling machine include a low-temperature stop
valve, a low-temperature mass flowmeter, a low-temperature emergency shut-off
valve, a liquid phase breakaway coupling, an LNG filling nozzle, a low-
temperature check valve, a pressure gauge, a low-temperature pressure-reducing
regulating valve, a safety relief valve, an explosion-proof pressure
transducer, a gas phase breakaway coupling, an explosion-proof controller,
stainless steel low-temperature piping, insulation devices, explosion-proof
cables, and a filling cabinet. These components, through the integration of
equipment and valve switching, realize the workflows such as LNG filling and
metering, vehicle-mounted cylinder gas return metering, emergency shut-off, and
safety relief.
