Lobe rotor pump

TLRP stainless steel rotary pump relies on two synchronously counter rotating
rotors to generate suction (vacuum degree) at the inlet during the rotation
process, thereby sucking in the material to be conveyed.

Two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the
order of ABCD; When operating to position A, only chamber I is filled with medium;
When reaching position B, a portion of the medium is enclosed in chamber B; When
reaching position C, a portion of the medium was also enclosed in room A; When
reaching position D, chambers A and B are connected to chamber II, and the medium
is transported to the discharge port.

Selection of transmission driver/motor

1 - Motor with fixed ratio reducer: This transmission method is simple, with a
constant rotor speed, which determines the non adjustability of the flow rate.

2 - Motor with mechanical friction type continuously variable transmission: This
type of transmission is achieved through manual adjustment, characterized by safety
and reliability, high torque, and infinitely adjustable flow rate.

The disadvantage is non automatic adjustment, which is more complicated.

The speed regulation is carried out during operation and cannot be adjusted while
the machine is stopped.

Its use and maintenance should refer to the manufacturer's user manual.

3 - Variable frequency motor with frequency converter: This method can achieve
automatic adjustment of speed, that is, infinite adjustment of flow rate.

Its advantages are high degree of automation and large low-speed torque.

The disadvantage is that the price of the frequency converter is relatively high.

Refer to the manufacturer's user manual for its use and maintenance.

vulnerable parts.

3 - Effective energy saving, low failure rate, reliable sealing, and low noise.

4 - After using special materials, it can transport media containing solid
particles such as sludge and sewage.

5 - The transportable medium has a viscosity of is no more than 2 million cp and a
slurry with a solid content of 60 percent.

6 - After configuring the transformer, the flow rate can be adjusted freely and it
can be used as a general metering pump.

7 - According to user connection requirements, flange type, screw type, and clamp
type can be selected.

8 - Can transport mixed materials of air, liquid, and solid phases.

9 - The insulation cooling pump adopts a built-in structure with good thermal
conductivity.

10 - The mobile pump can suction various barrel materials, with a suction vacuum
degree of 0.08Mpa

11 - According to user requirements, a sanitary safety valve can be installed on
the pump head.
