LW Vertical High-Efficiency Non-Clogging Sewage Pump
It is a single-suction volute pump equipped with a non-clogging, anti-clogging
single (or double) large flow channel impeller, featuring excellent debris passage
capability.
This series of pumps features two structural forms: one with the motor and pump
directly coaxial, and the other connected via a coupling, using standard vertical
motors. The structural diagrams are as follows. Each structural form has two base
mounting options: first, horizontal suction at the inlet with a swivel function,
allowing the inlet and outlet to be arranged at 0°, 90°, 180°, or 270°
according to usage requirements for convenient pipeline connections; second, axial
suction at the inlet, facilitating vertical installation.
With the ability to effectively pass fibers five times the pump's diameter and
solid particles approximately 50% the size of the pump's diameter.
The mechanical seal adopts a single-seal design, with a material of tungsten
carbide known for its hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It
features durability and wear resistance, enabling safe and continuous operation for
over 8,000 hours
Adding a protective cover to the motor fan blade allows the entire unit to operate
outdoors without requiring a machine room, significantly reducing infrastructure
costs.
The overall structure is compact, with a small size, low noise, significant energy-
saving effects, convenient maintenance, and no need for a pump house
Application
The LW series non-clogging sewage pump is suitable for industries such as the
discharge of severely polluted wastewater in factories and commercial buildings,
sewage pumping stations in residential areas, urban sewage treatment plant pumping
systems, drainage stations in civil defense systems, water supply equipment in
water treatment plants, sewage discharge in hospitals and hotels, municipal
engineering construction sites, auxiliary machinery in mining operations, rural
biogas tanks, and farmland irrigation. It can transport wastewater and debris
containing particles, as well as clean water and weakly corrosive media.
