Mechanical seal for chemical pumps

WB2 series silicon carbide mechanical seal ring is a single-end, balanced type with
arbitrary rotation direction and a PTFE bellows. This series features a PTFE
bellows design, utilizing a multi-spring structure where the springs of the WB2
type are protected by a PTFE cover. This type of seal is the most widely used in
corrosion-resistant pumps.
The WB2 series silicon carbide mechanical seal rings are categorized into moving
rings and stationary rings, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to
100°C. The WB2 series silicon carbide mechanical seals exhibit corrosion
resistance, high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, and wear
resistance, and can function under a pressure of 0.5 MPa. Operating parameters
include: specifications: 30–65 mm, pressure: ≤0.5 MPa, temperature: -10°C to
100°C, linear speed: ≤15 m/s, axial travel: ±0.5 mm.

Mechanical Seal (MS), Model: WB2, Material: Silicon carbide static and dynamic

This seal is an externally mounted mechanical seal that does not require cooling
water, featuring advantages such as simple structure, easy installation, and good
interchangeability.
The seal replaces the static and dynamic rings of the standard WB2 mechanical seal
with silicon carbide material, offering superior wear resistance and enabling the
conveyance of corrosive media containing trace particles.
WB2 Mechanical seals are widely used for chemical pumps such as UHB-ZK / UHB-UF /
UHB-FX / UHB-P / IHF / FSB / FP / FS / FSZ / FZB etc.
