Metal or plastic magnetic pump for refrigerant

Magnetic pump is mainly composed of pump head (impeller, pump body), outer magnetic
steel (active rotor), inner magnetic steel (passive rotor), and isolation sleeve.
The electric motor drives the outer magnet to rotate, and because of the effect of
the magnetic field, the inner magnet rotates synchronously. Because the inner
magnet and impeller are integrated, the impeller also rotates together with the
inner magnet to pump liquid.

A static isolation/spacer sleeve made of corrosion-resistant and high-strength
engineering plastics, stainless steel, and other materials is installed between
outer magnetic steel or inner magnetic steel. The conveyed medium is enclosed
within the isolation sleeve, thus completely solving the problems of running,
emitting, dripping, and leaking that cannot be solved by dynamic seals.

The wide application of magnetic pumps in the refrigeration industry

1、 Refrigerant pump

The refrigerant pump is an important component of the refrigeration system, and the
magnetic pump can effectively meet the pumping needs of the refrigerant. Due to the
use of a leak free sealing structure in the magnetic pump, refrigerant leakage is
avoided, and the hassle of frequently replacing seals in traditional gas turbine
water pumps or mechanical seal pumps is also eliminated. Therefore, the application
of magnetic pumps in refrigeration systems is becoming increasingly widespread.

2、 Refrigerated oil circulation pump

The refrigeration oil circulation pump is an important component of the
refrigeration system, which separates the oil in the liquid refrigerant to avoid
affecting the refrigeration effect. Magnetic pumps can meet such specialized
applications. Using magnetic pumps can greatly reduce the occupied area of pump
rooms, while also achieving precise flow and pressure control.

3、 Cooling water pump

Cooling water pumps are mainly used in the cooling circulation water circuit of
refrigeration systems. Traditional cooling water pumps usually adopt mechanical
seal structures, and problems such as corrosion, corrosion, and leakage of
refrigerant during operation can lead to a decrease in pump performance and
increase maintenance difficulty. The magnetic pump adopts a leak free sealing
structure design, which can avoid such problems and greatly improve performance.
