1. Intermetallic Compound Porous Membrane Material Technology



The porous/membrane materials of intermetallic compounds were prepared by
Kirkendall effect caused by partial diffusion between elements;


The material problem in the field of high temperature gas filtration has
been solved in the world.


Based on the atomic-scale partial diffusion reaction synthesis technology,
the pore structure can be accurately regulated at the micron/submicron
level, so that the material has a uniform pore diameter distribution, high
filtration accuracy, high open porosity, small zigzagging factor and low
filtration resistance.


The unique metal bond + covalent bond mixed bond crystal has the advantages
of both metal and ceramic materials, with excellent chemical stability,
thermal stability, mechanical and physical properties, machinability,
thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.

2. Excellent Properties of Membrane Materials





Metallic porous materials:

(Ni, Ti, Stainless Steel)
Advantages: High mechanical properties at room temperature, good
machinability
Disadvantages: Low mechanical properties at high temperature, poor
resistance to environmental corrosion, low resistance to high temperature
oxidation, low porosity accuracy



Ceramic porous material:

(Al2O3, SiO2,SiC)
Advantages: high mechanical properties at high temperature, good selective
resistance to environmental
corrosion, excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation, high porosity
accuracy
(Porous membrane can be made)

Disadvantages: room temperature brittle is serious, can not be machined, can
not be welded



Intermetallic compounds
Porous materials:

(Ti-Al, Fe-Al, Ni-Al)
Features: Good mechanical properties at room temperature, high mechanical
properties at high temperature, good machinability, weldable connection,
good resistance to environmental corrosion, high temperature oxidation
resistance, high porosity precision.







3. Flexible Membrane



Introduction of Flexible Membrane



The core of the flexible metal film separation technology is the
intermetallic compound porous film material, which is in sheet form, the
thickness of 0.5 ~ 0.8mm, Soft and crimp molding , has the characteristics
of good mechanical properties, high porosity, high separation efficiency,
large flux and low filtration resistance. Suitable for a wide range of
temperature, high precision requirements of the gas body dust removal,
widely used in valuable dust recovery, medium-high temperature separation
for gas and solid , is the bag dust removal and electric dust removal
technology upgrade products, to solve the low filtration accuracy, cloth bag

Flexible Membrane Separation Techniques-- Principle



The dust removal mechanism of the flexible metal membrane dust removal
system is: the high temperature gas containing dust enters the filter, the
dust is intercepted by the flexible membrane, and the clean gas is sent to
the subsequent process through the membrane hole. The filter cake formed by
the dust being intercepted by the flexible membrane is peeled off by
blowback Into the ash bin for recycling.

5. Flexible Membrane Features



1,High temperature resistance: 400℃ (no burning bag);



2,Corrosion resistance: Corrosion resistance to H2S,SO2,SO3, etc.



3,High precision: 0.1μm, membrane aperture 10μm; Up to < 5mg/Nm3 after
filtration;



4,Large flux: the flux per unit membrane area is more than 1.5 times that of
cloth bag;



5,Low resistance: the same gas volume is treated, the resistance is 300Pa
lower than that of the cloth bag, and the power consumption is saved about
10%;



6,Smooth surface: it is easier to reverse blow the ash (the bag is serious
sticky in ash);



7, Long life: no damage in normal use (life longer than high-grade bags 1-2
years);



8,Good environmental protection: the same gas volume equipment covers an
area and space of about 1/2 of the cloth bag, and consumes about steel



Save 1/2, after the expiration of the filter bag can be recycled metal
