Microcrystaline wax 80A used for rubber plastic textiles leather

In industrial applications, microcrystalline wax is primarily valued for its
high melting point, strong viscosity, good ductility, and ability to prevent
oil separation. Common uses include:
‌Paraffin wax modifier‌: Adding a small amount of microcrystalline wax to
paraffin wax alters its crystal structure and improves its plasticity, making
the paraffin wax more resistant to bending and moisture. This makes it
suitable for use in waterproofing materials, packaging paper coatings, and
casting wax.
‌Grease thickener‌: Due to its high gel strength, microcrystalline wax is
commonly used as a thickener in instrument greases, sealants, and petroleum
jelly.
‌Rubber and Plastic Processing‌: A blend of paraffin wax and microcrystalline
wax can serve as an anti-cracking agent for rubber, preventing surface
chalking and cracking, and aiding in demolding; it can also be added to
plastics, textiles, and leather.
