Microcrystalline wax 80A used for lubrication and demolding

The core industrial applications of microcrystalline wax 80A are primarily
focused on rubber protection, rubber and plastic modification, lubrication
and mold release, as well as inks, waterproof materials, and craft candles.
It features strong toughness, good flexibility, minimal shrinkage, and
excellent sealing and moisture-proof performance. ‌‌
Rubber protection and rubber and plastic modification: It can enhance
elasticity and tensile properties when added to rubber formulations, and
forms a protective film on the surface to resist ozone aging and cracking. It
is commonly used in tires, sealing strips, engineering rubber parts, etc.
Lubrication and Demolding: Due to its low friction properties, it can be used
as a lubricant in metal processing and machinery manufacturing. In rubber and
plastic molding processes, it can serve as a demolding agent to reduce
friction and protect surfaces.
