Microcrystalline wax used for investment casting processing

In candle and wax paper manufacturing, microcrystalline wax is primarily used
as a‌ modifying additive‌. When combined with base waxes such as paraffin, it
can significantly improve the performance of the finished product.‌‌
Candle Manufacturing
‌Improved Surface Texture‌: Microcrystalline wax has a fine structure that
makes the candle surface smoother and harder, reducing a “powdery” feel and
giving it a more premium look and feel.‌‌
Wax Paper Manufacturing
‌Enhances Flexibility‌: Microcrystalline wax has good elasticity, making wax
paper (such as baking paper and food packaging paper) more resistant to
folding and bending, and less prone to brittle cracking at low temperatures.
