Microcrystalline wax used for rubber plastic processing and modification

Microcrystalline wax has a wide range of industrial applications, primarily
in the areas of rubber protection, rubber and plastic modification,
lubrication and mold release, wax product processing, waterproof sealing, and
gloss coatings.
Rubber and Tire Protection: It can be added to rubber products such as tires
as a protective wax to help form a stable protective film that resists ozone
aging and extreme temperature fluctuations, thereby extending service life.
‌Rubber and Plastic Processing and Modification‌: In plastic processing,
microcrystalline wax acts as a lubricant and release agent, improving
processing flow. Furthermore, it offers better heat resistance than ordinary
paraffin wax, making it suitable for the production of high-end engineering
plastics and rubber products.
