Microcrystalline wax used for shoe polish processing

Microcrystalline wax is commonly used in shoe polish, primarily to‌ harden the
formula, adjust the consistency of the paste, and enhance the shine.
‌Adjusting Hardness and Consistency‌: Microcrystalline wax has a high melting
point, which increases the consistency of the shoe polish and improves its
setting properties, preventing the paste from softening and collapsing.
‌Improved Shine and Adhesion‌: With its dense structure, it generates a shine
through friction. Once a film forms, it exhibits excellent adhesion and
toughness, resulting in a more lustrous finish on leather shoes after
polishing.
‌Prevents Oil-Wax Separation‌: Microcrystalline wax has excellent oil-absorbing
properties, preventing oil and wax from separating during long-term storage
and ensuring the paste remains stable.
‌Enhances Abrasion Resistance‌: Adding microcrystalline wax to shoe polish
formulations can significantly improve the abrasion resistance of the wax
