Micronized wax used in ink to improve abrasion resistance

Micropowder wax is an ultra-fine powder widely used in various industrial
sectors, including coatings, inks, plastics, leather, and cosmetics,
primarily due to its excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, slip
properties, matting effect, and anti-blocking properties.
‌Coatings and Inks‌
Enhances the abrasion resistance and scratch resistance of paint or ink films‌‌
Improves tactile feel, reduces the coefficient of dynamic friction, and
provides a velvety smooth texture‌‌
Controls gloss levels and, when combined with matting agents, produces high-
performance matte coatings/inks‌‌
Prevents pigment settling and enhances dispersion stability
Plastics Processing
Used as an external lubricant and release agent to improve flow and surface
finish
Used in color masterbatches, PVC pipes, injection-molded products, etc.
